Which is precisely why I told people to use the torrent :-)  Even if  
you trip on the power cord, whatever it had saved from before, it  
simply checks what it has (the metadata file has checksums for each  
chunk) and keeps going with whatever pieces of the file it doesn't  
have (the file is transparently divided into chunks.)  There's no  
chance of corruption because, again, everything is checksummed.

There's a reason this technology now representes a large portion of  
traffic on the internet :-)  It's amazingly ideal for large file  
transfers...
