84 4ksq Cold-Start Valve Spec Question

Hello all,

I'll be troubleshooting a hard-start problem on my 84 4ksq this weekend.  Does anyone know the appropriate (voltage/resistance)readings for the cold-start valve...also,...has anyone ever used the Ventil Sauber (wildly mis-spelled) fuel-injection additive from Blaufergnugen?...and if so what was the result?
