[A4] a4 headlight washers

[Rocky Mullin]

my chipped B5 1.8 had more kick than the B7 i have with APR.

maybe i have the HP, but the B7 is a fatty.  still, i can't
feel it woooosh on like with the B5.  also laggier.

maybe 2B put in the wrong program.
