4kq acceleration issue

If you have the A/C on for defrosting, then yes, it should run. If not, then
no, it shouldn't run. Only the A/c and temp switch turn it on. They work
through a relay in the fusebox. Not sure which one, but the cover will tell.
The A/C switch is right in front of the radiator on the reciever drier. It
doesn't directly unplug, the plug is actually about a foot down the wire.
The radiator swtich is on the bottom of the radiator. It's on the back,
IIRC, toward the engine side of the radiator.
