'99 A6 center support bearing needed...

I working on a '99 A6 avant V6Q auto that needs a center support bearing.  
Problem is audi likes to sell it with a new driveshaft and i cant find 
anywhere who sells it separately.  Thanks audi

  The seal to the bearing is torn and the bearing is dry.  It sounds like a 
bird chirping under decel, and does a driveshaft pitched woodpecker sound 
when accelerating.  I had it on my lift doing 60mph.  I could see the 
driveshaft wobbling and i sprayed some wd40 on the bearing and it all 
quieted down.  It is not making any noise now while driving thanks to the 
wd40, but that should last about a day, maybe.  So has anyone changed one of 
these?  Its not my car, so i'd rather not play the "well your car is apart, 
but i cant find the part" game.  I did search the old posts and google but i 
found nothing about the newer cars.  Any MB or BMW parts known to fit?
