The brakes are fine, but you do know that it's a big car, because even with
332x32mm rotors in the front and 320x30mm rotors in the rear, all clamped
by big 4-pot Brembos, it doesn't brake all that well.

I'm looking at ditching the Axxis Ultimate pads that replaced the OEM pads
and going to Hawk HPS or similarly more aggressive pad- Axxis Ultimates do
not have enough bite to brake confidently.

I'll try to shoot Andrew a copy of my post about Volvo's AWD and how it did
in the last
snowstorm.
