185/70R14 on a 4000q

so here we go ...
 
from the tire charts
 
stock 195/60 R14 ...72.8" circumference (I measured a old tire laying  around 
and got 71.75")
         185/70  R14....75.6
 
The 185/70's that I am looking at measured 77.5", they looked really big.  
But that's only about 6.5% larger than stock. I won't be going fast around  
corners so the diameter doesn't bother me, I just hope they clear. If you got a  
185/70 R14 laying around that you know fits on a 4KQ or 80/90Q and can measure  
it up for me, I would appreciate it.
