replacing rear GLASS in CGT

ok doh..  im a type44 guy,  i forgot that CGT's dont have a rear hatch, just 
a trunklid..  so the glass is fixed..  anyway..is it glued in?  or just a 
rubber seal?  is it something that has to be cut out and urathaned in?
anyone have a good rear glass?
