Signal lights and hazard

Check all bulbs and sockets for corrosion.  Check all grounds.  Replace the
hazard relay.  Clean switch contacts or replace - also might even be in the
column switch - use contact cleaner followed by di-electric grease or similar
treatment. Check/Clean contacts on the various connectors, especially at the
relay and hazard switch. This wiring is subject to many means of flakiness,
marginal grounds, bulbs not contacting in sockets, resistance in switch, etc.

Does any body knows about these

 

Signal lights and hazard are not working, and the 2 green arrows are

ON at  the control panel  all  the time.

I have replaced the flasher, checked all light bulbs in the car, also 

Replaced the hazard switch.
