hey cody glad you guys worked it out. since i was the one that suggested 034
in the first place i forwarded your initial response to Javad, figuring he
should have the right to answer publicly to his peers and customers and also
because in having dealt with him lots in the past, i know he's a great guy
who goes WAY out of his way to make things right for people.

to relay my recent experience i bought some parts from him - a fuel pressure
gauge, billet adapter for the fuel lines and an adjustable FPR.

when i went to install the adapter my fittings were clearly not what it was
designed for. i sent Javad a few pics asking to confirm my suspicions and
what next? he responded at about 10am the next morning that my fittings were
different and overnighted me the correct parts to get it working and
minimise downtime. he took the adapter back and gave me a full refund.

the fact that the guy running a company with god knows how many bigger fish
to fry gives that kind of personalised attention on a $200 order is
absolutely why 034 has my loyalty as a customer. whether the question is
'what plugs should i buy' or 'what turbo should i get' he always gives you
the time as if there were nothing else on his plate. which is what i expect
as a customer, but how often does it happen.?
