CGT Manual windows?? converting from power to manual? anyone done it?

Why do you want to do this?

If it's a matter of yours being shot, there are far more old used power 
window regs than manuals in the US.  So you search for one or two or 
five.  If you are trying to shave a few grams, that's another story.
