How bad is the dent?  Is the paint cracked?  If not you may be able to have
somebody like Dent Wizard pop it out or you may try removing the inside door
panel and popping it out yourself. Other than that, picking up a used door
and having it painted to match would be the best bet.  Absolute German had a
red 90q the last time I was there...although that was some time ago.

While traditional body work can be done, a possible alternative is to simply
replace the door shell with a used one and have a bodyshop repaint to match.
I don't know the extent of your damage but this
*may* turn out to be cheaper.
