CGT Manual windows?? converting from power to manual? anyone done it?

Ah, so we work our way through this thread backwards, to the "original" 
problem, which is that your power regs "don't work".  What are the 
symptoms?  Remember, it could be power supply, switches, or wiring 
before you even start to worry about the regs themselves.

If it comes down to replacing them, it's not that hard for a reasonably 
experienced home mechanic to do.

By the way, I had my window reg box open the other day to dig out a 4k 
front for a friend of a friend, and noticed that I still seem to own one 
manual unit.  Probably from my coupe, don't remember what side it fits.

While I am prying into your personal affairs, howzabout a laundry list 
of every little thing you need/want to fix on the car?
