I am _so_ mad with myself...

Tess,
Sounds like what happened to my 5ktq when my FIL backed into it, denting
both front and rear passenger side doors - the rear door took most of the
glancing hit. Took the door skin off, removed the side impact bar, and then
set the skin on a blanket on the grass (outside down) and used my sock feet
to carefully push the dent out - of course, a soft lawn might be hard to
find in ICY Bellevue, WA USA (not so here in Ontario, Canada until a couple
of days ago...) The repair was good enough to be passable until I can get a
new skin painted.
I can't take credit for the sock foot dent repair - Frank DeKat told me
about it (Katman on AW)
Cheers!
