In the e-mails bouncing back & forth about my possible 1988 Audi 80q BABE

Rally car, Steel Seal was mentioned as a possible remedy to the head gasket

issue (the car blows white smoke). http://www.steelseal.com/eng/home.html

Anyone ever used it or any other oil additive sealants to "fix" a head

gasket? Did it work?  I was thinking of giving it a try for the drive from

Mass back to the team HQ in Baltimore MD. If its still leaking, then a

"proper" head gasket replacement will be in order. Thoughts on this idea,

sealants in general and Steel Seal specifically?
