Platinum plugs don't suit 10V motors well, especially ones with thin 
electrodes, while copper and other plugs produce better results.  NGK 
BP6ET in particular, with its wide heat range gives very good results. 
DENSO IRIDIUM  - IW24 also. I personally prefer to use the GOLDEN LODGE 
25 NL . 
 As for flooding issue, the simplest is to disconnect the CSI and see 
the difference. It obviously pumps to much fuel and floods the engine, 
usually because the termotime switch malfunction. My Ur runs without CSI 
throughout the winter, although have new TTS. It starts with few turns 
more, but never floods anymore. In my case at least (GV engine), the WUR 
gives enough fuel to run at any temp, so the CSI isn't needed.
