Platinum plugs don't suit 10V motors well, especially ones with thin
electrodes, while copper and other plugs produce better results. NGK
BP6ET in particular, with its wide heat range gives very good results.
DENSO IRIDIUM - IW24 also. I personally prefer to use the GOLDEN LODGE
25 NL .
As for flooding issue, the simplest is to disconnect the CSI and see
the difference. It obviously pumps to much fuel and floods the engine,
usually because the termotime switch malfunction. My Ur runs without CSI
throughout the winter, although have new TTS. It starts with few turns
more, but never floods anymore. In my case at least (GV engine), the WUR
gives enough fuel to run at any temp, so the CSI isn't needed.
