radiator end cap plastic repair

JB weld will NOT stick to the plastic radiator endcaps well enough to
withstand the pressure.  Been there, done that, sold the car to someone else
for parts.  In my case, it slowed the leak, but didn't seal all the way -
and I'm sure that over time (a month or two, tops), the patch would've given
out completely.
