Nokian Tire Dilemma (Long-winded Whine)

Just recently, my son terminally damaged a Nokian NRW, size 195/60-14. I had stored a set of 4 new NRWs and put them on my recently reborn 90q (about 4000 mi ago) for use year round. Now I am left with 3 good ones, and have been trying to locate a suitable Nokian replacement. Of course, NRWs are no longer made, functionally replaced by the WR, and recently, the W has been introduced as a direct replacement for the NRW, specifically for "small" sizes. But...no size 195/60-14 produced for the WR or W by Nokian! Apparently 195/60-14 is being viewed as a "dead" size.
So I'm now caught, and looking for some ideas. I am thinking about adding one Hak 2 (still available in the dead size) to my 3 NRWs. Or getting 2 Hak 2 for one axle (leaving me with an NRW spare). Or getting 4 new tires (undecided on what type/brand). That leaves me with 3 good NRWs to sell (Marketplace?, eBay?).
Conversely, anybody out there have any new or used NRWs available? I've called a number of places already, but have only found new WRs in 185/65-14 (@$95), requiring me to buy 4, or 4 NRH-2 (@$59), which are not "4-season".
I'm at the point of "I tried to think, but nothing happened."
Anybody with any brilliant solutions or observations (other than I am whining big time).
