86 Coupe trunk release

My thanks to Louis Alain-Richard on his advice for getting into my trunk.  I
was able to get the interior panel out, somewhat painlessly.  The cable had
snapped just at the lever.  I'm waiting on the JB Weld to set up.  Hope it
works.  If not, guess I have to replace the entire cable.
 
This car has not really been driven much in the past 5 years so everyday
there's something new.  Stay tuned for more.  I'll certainly need help.
