Hmm. Dennis, have you checked those tailight housing tabs on the
sides that plug into the harness? You may need to bend them slightly
so as to make sure they have good contact with the plugs. Also check
for any burn marks and clean with your favorite electrical contact
cleaner. I believe in your case the likely culprit is the driver's
side one, as it feeds the passenger side.
