[urq] Throttle Body Shaft Linkage swap

^ That was the only one I used the copper pipe for injector bungs. It was 
slightly too large ID so I had to use over sized o-rings. For the other few 
I've made I used bungs cut from a 944 fuel rail, and installed them the 
exact same way (brazed). I also stole the fuel fittings, test port fitting, 
and pressure reg mount from a 944 rail. Of course you only get 4 bungs, so 2 
donors are needed. Obviously the supply is finite, so for the next one I'm 
going to try to find some tubing/pipe that fits the o-ring better.

I don't think you can find any extruded ali rail stock that will work, it 
will run right into the throttle body, which is why I went the route I did. 
Another idea is to use extruded ali rail stock for the rear four cylinders, 
then use a "spider line" to feed the #1 injector. Basically just an injector 
bung with a small metal line connecting it to the rail, much line a CIS 
injector line.
