Years ago, the vacuum assist part stopped working (supposed to be common
problem)- OK, always opened with key. Yesterday, now the key turns but
nothing happens. How can the trunk/boot be opened so problem can be fixed?
Seems to be no way. Am I going to have to drill into taillight or into trunk
metal?

Help.
