C5 16x7 are ET45, not ET35.
The ones off of an A6 2.7T definitely will fit a '90 200tq or a V8q.
They will also clear UFO brakes, just FYI.
The 16x8 off of an A6 4.2 would be ET35.
The 17x7.5 optional wheels on an A6 2.7T are something like ET40.
