Yes, it is, Rick. It's under the tank just in front of the driver's
side rear wheel. You may want to spray some penetrant on all those
pesky nuts and bolts, first. Hope the tank is near empty - gotta
catch that fuel, ya know. ;-)
I would also first check to make sure your fuel pump relay (in
fusebox under hood) isn't toast/marginal first.
