BABE rally

So, I just remembered this. While driving home from Carlisle, crossing
Tennesee, I saw a couple of cars that caught my attention. One was an
older G60 corrodo in not too bad of shape, Yellow. The other was a
Renault Aliance that was pretty faded Red. Not "Pretty" Faded Red,
that is ;-)

Anyhow, I was intrigued as to what this is exactly. They had some web
address across the windshield, but I was going a bit fast to catch it.

Anyhow, listers perhaps? If not, I'm guessing it's a cheap car type of rally??
