[V8] RS4 Cabs will be sold in the U.S.

I see a Passat 4 motion 1.8T 5sp wagon nearly daily. My friend and
colleague's.
I've seen only one W8 6sp, and it was a wagon, too. Sounded awesome, even
just motoring around the town plaza, but when it upshifted, it was most
definitely
not a Tip.
