'93 100 V6-MAF interchangeability & parts request

OE number is 078-133-471 (no letters at end).  Anyone
know if the later units with A, B, C on the end will
cross with the original, or must I seen the "non
lettered" one only?

Better still, anyone on the list have one they would
be willing to part with?
