It takes a little doing, helped a friend do this years ago, the radiator
then was a dealer only proposition for around $800. Regular 5 spd
radiator and generic oil cooler were around $175 for both. Sorry I can't
help with details but this was a very long time ago and my friend sold
his car a while ago. I do remember we used metal strapping to mount the
cooler, and a 200TQ rubber mount on the bottom of the radiator. I'm sure
I'm forgetting some things, but it's definitely doable.
If the radiator was available back then for around $400 I don't think we
would have bothered with the modification.
I remember AFTER we were done, I managed to separate the cooler from the
OEM radiator without breaking it, could have used that instead of having
to use adapters on the after market one.
Have you given Chris @ Force5Auto.com , http://www.force5auto.com/
a try? He'll probably give you a very good prices on a used one if he
has it.

We come into the world naked, screaming and covered in blood. Why should
the fun end there?
