I have a ski-bag that came out of the 2005 A8 I bought. This one was in the trunk, and when I went to fold it in behind the rear armrest, there was already one in there. If anyone needs one, let me know, you can have it. Just pay shipping, should be less than 10 bucks. Very nicely built bag with the audi logo on it and such. Alex
