I'd go with the headgasket. Here is why, there are three things that can get
mixed together, and they don't necessarilly all mix, or go back and forth
for that matter. Oil, Coolant, and Compression. I've seen just about every
combination possible over the years.
You can simply have oil going into your combustion chambers and out form
there, in this case.
