Agreed. Especially since the API and every owners manual out there 
tells us all to cut the interval in half for severe service, which 
includes stop-and-go driving.

Get's rather expensive on my current steed, however - $40 (list) filter 
and 7 qts of Mobil1 0W40 gets pricey
