dual to single pass intercooler

  Questions for those that have removed the 10v dual pass intercooler and  
installed a 20v single pass intercooler.

How did you mount and plumb a bypass valve?  Currently it is between the  
turbo inlet pipe and the added-on fitting on the intercooler.

How have you made the connection from the 70mm intercooler pipe to the  
58mm turbo?

Descriptions would be good, pictures better.
