climate control blower cover?

What kind of car? In the 4k/80/90's there is a screent type of plastic glued
(butyl) in place. It usually falls off. I usually epoxy a piece of screen
with smaller holes over the opening. I've also thought of building a box for
one of those polen filters, but never actaully done it.
