Yeah, sell him your car/parts/whatever. Have him send you the "check".

Then laugh at him when he keeps asking for the difference back via Western
Union.

Or just email him the following link:

www.419eater.com

Or email him a virus (although you'll have to be clever to do this because
his Yahoo mail will ID most of 'em, and block it, thus preventing you from
screwing up his computer)

Or use your spam blocker to block his incoming emails. . .

Plenty of options. . .

None of which will get him arrested, unfortunately.
