The regular Bentley's cover all that. I've got them, I don't have a  
scanner so the 'Document Capture' feature of my digi-cam will have to  
do the trick for you ;-). I'll do my best to remember you tomorrow  
(manuals are at work), but I gotta tell you I've got a memory like a  
steel trap..... a steel trap thats rusted shut that is!
