Wheel Bearings Problem - Help Requested

Need more info:

Swaybar bushings to Frame and bushings to lower control arm okay?
Bushing at subframe in control arm not loose..

Here's the scenario: Your driving and press the brakes and you got this
noise, then it's okay for a while and you press the brake again and it's
back? Sound right?  

The suspension is settling back into its "place", and is just happy
there, but when you apply the brakes, the cars inerta moves the
suspension to give you your noise.

If the axels been replaced and bearings, you've had it aligned by the
same guy (guessing).. and what they might not be telling you is there's
more that needs to be done (or they mis-diagnosed the problem to begin
with) and this is what you've got to show for it.
