It's the latest in "Construction Bling"
I believe it was the car of a construction company owner - the pictures were 
on www.wreckedexotics.com
I'd take the car if someone gave it to me - hey, it's not like the car will 
start rusting at those holes, right?  The pick axe through the window may 
improve the radio reception, but it'll be hell with the wipers on.
