Yeah, I agree that it's not photoshopped.  Here's another picture from a

Searching around on the net, it's probably a mob "message" in 
Bulgaria....either that or Homer Simpson putting "speed holes" in the car.
I guess I chose a poor subject line though...one might expect an S8 
supercharger from Ronin.....
