Well put. More eloquent than my post. Heck, even my newer designed Saabaru
(nee WRX in nice clothing) has a min oil weight of 5W. No 0W there. Of
course, in the matter of costs, being Subaru, they do NOT specify (but
allow) synth in their lower line turbo engines. So my so called "free" oil
changes for the first 24K miles weren't so "free".
