Best thing to do is waste these guys time/money.  A couple of emails and
you can get these "Mugu's" to spend $30 or $40 FedEx'ing these checks to
you, of course your name and address may be the same as your chief of
police, state or federal prison warden etc.  Open a dummy email account
on a free email site to respond.
