I was going to mention that, and that the way they are calculated they 
are pretty much always too high.  They are considering a new method, to 
get something closer to what owners can actually expect.

Which does seem too low.  My old 90Q gets that, and it's only rated for, 
I think, about 26 highway.
Other questions, of course - AC on?  I don't know how it works these 
days (with aerodynamics and all), but AC used to cost at least 2 mpg.
And as Richard mentioned, how are you calculating it?  Miles to tank 
fills divided by gallons used, or something like a trip computer?
