Windshield Wiper Parking

Follow up on the wipers not parking. As suggested the tapered and
splined output of the motor axle had slipped where it meets the crank.
Looks like the bolt hadn't been tightened down to spec.

I eventually had to go out and fix the problem after they slipped
again and started parking at 90 degrees straight up. Not the safest
situation.

Thanks for all the suggestions, fortunately the fix didn't involve any
electrical problems with the motor. Simple mechanical solution.

Removal of the entire wiper assembly on the '91 100 is a snap
necessitating only the removal of the two wiper arms, one plastic
slide on cover, three screws and one electrical connector.
