strut tower brace for type44

The guys on the 200 list have seen this before, but I built a tower brace
for my 200 a few years ago, and it made a world of difference in handling,
tire wear, ease of alignment, and peace of mind.

If I were to state that this is an improvement to Bernie's brace, it would
trigger his pique, so I won't say that. Bernie has observed more than once
that I failed to have it gold plated, but does admit that his fat wallet
requirements were satisfied.

This car has 307,000 miles on the original drive train, including clutch,
and the tower brace has kept the flange tear away and the front end dead on.

Never installed but I have the Bernie Brace For Sale if that'll help.
Without seeing the 2 Bennet brace, can't tell you if you need to do the same
slotting of the plenum tray that you do have to do with the Bernie Brace,
but perhaps that is what you'll have to do. Look up in the archives, there
are photos of the install somewhere.
