If Cody can't or doesn't know where to find good NC bar-b-que, I live about 20 minutes from him and have been here a little longer than he has (MD/DC/VA transplant '94) and have learn't the good spots.  Dinner would be a good idea if it comes together. As far as places to go or see, Cody hit most of the high spots in central NC, but that trip down the BRP, although adding some drive time, is not a bad idea.
