13mm allen - where to get?

Ok, what's the big joke with a 13mm allen. I got the IM off the '88tq, injectors out, turbo unbolted/rebuilt replacement on hand, and I cant find a 13mm allen wrench to get out the injector inserts. I feel like its some kind of cosmic joke, nothing at Harbor Freight, Sears - nada, doesn't exist in the Grainger catalog.
So 1/2" is 12.2 thousandths smaller, will it work? Or does someone have a magic pot full of 13mm allens out there somewhere hiding at the end of a rainbow?
