13mm allen - where to get?

Yea, already had that thought, along with running a nut all the way to the 
top and JB/spot welding it in place at the same orientation. Then jamming 
two more nuts at the end JB/spot to make it easy to get a ratchet on.

I'm just mostly amazed I cant find a 13mm allen wrench.
