5 seconds of cranking to start

Hi All 
I put a fuse in the fuel pump relay and turned on the key after a moment the 
fuel pump started. I let it run for 3 or 4 seconds and then engaged the 
starter and the engine started immediately. Does this mean that I have a lack of 
fuel presser when running? If yes what is the most probable cause?
