[urq] Too much Crankcase ventalation?

I would think there should be some sort of better "one way" system.....the factory setup is just not 
sufficent for the amount of boost & vaccum you are creating.  The one way ball valves may be a good 
solution.  Also, forgive my ignorance here (but I don't have any I5 20v expirence), but do you have 
a "splash sheild" over the cams under the valve cover?  I know several VAG motors have a plastic sheild that 
goes over the cams but under the valve cover to help contain the oil splash.
