vag-com people on the space coast of FL?

Is there anyone with VAG-COM anywhere near Kennedy Space center?  My
(ex)wife has moved down there recently and for 3 weeks now I have been
trying to help her get it diagnosed over the phone, but without a working
copy of VAG-COM its not much help.  None of the shops in that area seem to
know anything about it either.

 

I really would like to avoid sending her to the dealer as it will be
ridiculous I'm sure.  So if anyone is local to that area, and can help that
would be great.  She does have a copy of VAG-COM and a cable, but I haven't
been able to talk her through successfully setting it up.  Keep getting odd
com errors and since I am up in Rhode Island, its not easy for me to
troubleshoot over the phone.
