Very easy- look for the projector headlamps- if the car is a 99.5, it will
have projector beam one-piece headlamps- the earlier cars have separate
sidemarker/turn signal units.

Second thing- the 99.5 has a revised dash- if the center console has one big
bank of switches, it's a '99. If it has a smaller bank of switches and a
cupholder that comes out of the dash, it's a '99.5.
